Competition Registration

It is highly recommended that all athletes pre-register through the online entry form to streamline registration on the day and maximise slope time for athletes.

In an attempt to encourage pre-registration this year, an additional £5 charge will be applied to those registering on the day (money collected will go directly to the British Snowboard & Freestyle Ski Teams).

ALL payments are taken on the day in Cash OR Cheque, made payable to "Soul Sports Events Ltd". Please make every effort to arrive at registration with the correct amount in order to process your registration as efficiently as possible.

ENTRY FEES

Entry fee includes competition registration and slope time for the duration of the event.

Indoor events are £30 each regardless of how many disciplines you enter at each event.
Indoor offer = 3 events for the price of 2

Dryslope event is £10 for each discipline you enter (SX, BA, SS)
Dryslope offer = 3 disciplines for the price of 2

BRITS event is £20 for each discipline you enter (HP, SX, BA, SS)

N.B. An additional £5 fee is payable for on the day registration, please see below.

ONLINE ENTRY (Pre Register)

ONLINE FOR CASTLEFORD IS CLOSED (FRIDAY 9.10PM), please turn up on the day to register.

Online registration closes at approx. 8pm the night before the event.

NO LICENSE'S

The new British Snowboard Association won't be charging snowboarders a license fee to compete.

ON THE DAY ENTRY

Athletes can register on the day BUT will be charged an additional £5 fee.
This £5 will be donated to the British Snowboard Team or the British Freestyle Ski Team.

REFUND POLICY

A full refund will be given if we are notified prior to the Jam Session starting or the 1st Timed run in Snowboard/Skiercross. Injuries sustained during the Jam Session or National Championships cannot be refunded.
